ORDERING WINE:

By ordering from this website, you represent to JC Winemaker that you and the party who will be receiving the delivery of wine are 21 years or older. When accepting the delivery, a valid ID must be shown as proof that he/she/they is at least 21 years of age.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt, but may take up to 3 business days. Verification of payment must be received prior to processing. Once available, a tracking number will be sent to you at the email you have provided.

SHIPPING WINE:

Please be sure that your delivery information is accurate and correct, as you, the buyer, are responsible for any reshipment charges for undeliverable packages.

Taxes and shipping are charged on a state-by-state basis and in accordance to state laws.

We will provide shipping options for your state. For faster shipping or alternative carrier options, please contact J.C. Winemaker at jcwinemaker@gmail.com.

Weather conditions (heat and cold) can affect wine, and you assume responsibility for receiving your wine when it is delivered. J.C. Winemaker is not responsible for wine left outside delivery locations in the absence of someone 21 years or older being present to receive it.
